'Candy game'

She informed the proceedings the man had played this game with the boys "repeatedly", and youngsters had earlier experienced illness the subsequent day.
She explained the defendant had been able to explain this repeatedly as the minors being "overexcited from fun", until his stepson had concerns in recently.
The prosecutor continued: "Recently" his stepson had worries about the activities, justifiably.
"They decided to investigate in the defendant's belongings."
The legal counsel said materials including baby oil, ointment and medical needles were located, and his stepson contacted the police about his suspicions.
She explained the defendant proceeded to play the "sweet game" with six boys that evening - that Saturday - and they were everyone unwell the following morning.
"Law enforcement" had not arrived by that point," she stated further.
The oversight body, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, previously told that it was examining the police response of the situation.
The prosecutor explained the children were having difficulty walking due to their condition, so the stepson contacted the police once more.
She explained the man then played the "candy game" in a room of five youngsters.
